시간 / Time (2018)  First Episodes Drama Review



The new MBC Drama 시간 / Time (2018) first aired on  July 25 - September 13, 2018
has only released four episodes and oh boy i´m a sold.
The drama  is a 32 (half-hour episodes, 16 hours total) airing Wednesday & Thursday.

If you´re new to the K-drama watching world or looking for a good drama to watch then Time is a good option. Although it is a bit too soon to make a fair judgment, all I can say is this: this drama will sweep you off your feet and you will beg for more. yeah, cheese I know 😂😂😂.

MBC´s team and actors have put a lot of effort into this drama and it seems to have paid off, from the beautiful cinematography to the excellent acting. Kim Jung-Hyun and Seohyun have done a good job bringing these characters to life.  




I was already familiar with Jung-Hyun´s works such as Jealousy Incarnate ,School 2017  and Welcome to Waikiki  despite being a newcomer you can see his progress as an actor and the marvelous way that he portrays the different characters, while with  Seohyun I confess that I was a bit skeptical due to the fact that she was an idol and I tend to runway from Idol dramas but I´m glad I didn´t. as the saying goes never judge a book by its cover, I remember watching her in Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo and loved it so I thought, why not give her a chance?


Not gonna lie the plot-wise it isn´t nothing new, I feel like I´ve seen it before. A dying person with not much time left decides to change the life of someone around them before dying, this

time is a conglomerate that tries to change a poor girl's life. yes, it's not new, but it doesn´t mean that will be the same.



 As someone who has certified drama badges, I suggest you get ready to cry buckets of tears, although the drama has its comedy moments nonetheless it is a melodrama so it will have a lot of heartwrenching moments.
Although it is early, please give this drama a chance I have a good feeling about it.

Episode 6 Recap Part 1 Hello world, better late than never right? 😅😅😅 I´m still trying to readapt to this blogging thing, but yeah, I'll be doing it in small steps.  okay now onto to the recap/review. Such a powerful scene  😭😭😭 The opening scene of the episode was, Soo Ho falling from a building while contemplating about his life.  He states about the average lifespan of Koreans, being 82 years old which is about 2.6 billion seconds and how he has cancer so he only has about six months to live. He then starts wondering if when his time comes would the people around him cry or even care, he wondered what had he be doing all this time and he asks himself if he had another chance to relive his life would he make the same choices? to which he responds: " I Wouldn´t Waste My Life Like This." According to the media, the actor Kim Jun Hyun decided to step down from the drama due to health reasons. Apparently, he had been dealing with eating and sleep disorder, anxiety, and overwork. there were also reports saying that he might be stuck in his Soo-Ho character. his behavior at the drama press conference, some people had thought that he had been rude, surprisingly I thought that it was funny so I didn´t take it to heart. but some netizens strongly disapproved of his behavior thus, they started attacking him.
